The Terms and Conditions detailed below are applicable to all transactions using this website and use of this website requires your agreement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions

 

Age limitation

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website 


VAT

All transactions through this website will include VAT at the prevailing rate. Pricing on the website is always shown inclusive of VAT and should you require it we will supply an itemised VAT receipt

 

Delivery

We include free next day delivery using professional courier delivery services to all UK mainland addresses with our orders.   Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands & Islands, I.O.M and Channel Islands will incur a small additional charge and generally take 2 working days

Personal Collection

Our warehouse is located near Heathrow but we keep a limited stock of each item at our Iver offices for personal callers.

You're always welcome to pay us a visit in our Iver offices where there is parking right outside the door and you can collect or return an item if that’s easier for you.  Please give us a call first on 01753 655811 to check that we're in and to of course to check we have the item. Office Hours: Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time prior to the dispatch of goods by emailing us at info@fitsmytv.co.uk or calling 01753 655811. In such cases we will refund the cost of your order.

If the goods have been dispatched you can cancel the order any time up to 28 days from receipt of goods.

Just follow the easy to follow steps below:

1. Email us at info@fitsmytv.co.uk confirming your order number and your name/address and the reason for the return.

2. We will email you back with the returns process.

3. Then send the item back to us in good saleable and undamaged condition (packaging of course will be used) without any parts damaged or missing.  Please note you will need to pay your own postage and we strongly recommend using a signed for delivery service. In the event of faulty goods please follow the faulty goods policy as outlined below.

5. On receipt and providing the item is as described above, we will refund your full cost of purchasing using the original method of payment.


Returns & Refunds Policy

3. Faulty Goods Policy

All our products have a minimum of a full 10 year guarantee provided they have been correctly installed and used.  In the highly unlikely event the goods are delivered damaged or are faulty please follow the steps below:

1. Email us at info@fitsmytv.co.uk confirming your order number, your name/ address and the details of the fault.

2. We will contact you by email or telephone to discuss the situation and work out the best and fastest solution for you.  If the product needs to be returned to us we will organise collection by our nominated carrier at our cost.

3. In the event the item cannot be repaired or we cannot supply a suitable replacement, a refund may be made using the original method of purchase.
